Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Items showing wear, customer-caused damage, or alterations are not eligible for return.

Fragrance & Personal Care

Fragrance and personal care items must be unopened, unused, and sealed to be eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for changes of mind, sizing, or preference. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.

Refunds

Eligible returns will be inspected before approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Contact us before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos.
